What if we ate healthy daily, instead of once in awhile?
What if we went to bed when we are tired?
What if we read more books, instead of watched more movies?
What if kept our “every thought” to our self?
What if we exercised daily, instead of weekly?
What if we went for more walks?
What if we said I’m sorry, instead of waiting for some one to say it first?
What if we had more talks?
What if we actively listened to others, instead of thinking of what to say next?
What if we treated others the way we want to be treated?
